2000 Communication on Charter Commission

March 3, 2000 , To: Roseville Charter Commission Members From: Charter Commission Executive Committee Attached is the proposed schedule of topics for future meetings. It is our hope that at these meetings we can focus all comments on the agenda items, come prepared to participate and be deliberate with our discussion. It is our goal to invite speakers who are experts and objective on the agenda items to present material. We need to determine exactly whom to invite to present at these meetings. If you have suggestions please pass them along. The Executive Committee all agreed that there shouldn't be any voting on specific issues at this time. The only decision that is currently before the committee is to decide if a charter would be the best thing for the city of Roseville or to continue with the current structure. You will also find attached a list of organizations that we feel should receive our finalized schedule. If you have other suggestions or contact names for these organizations please bring them to the March meeting.
