<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
<br />sealed bids will be received at the
<br />offices of the City of Roseville, 2660
<br />Civic Center Drive, Roseville, MN
<br />55113, until 9:00 a.m. on September
<br />29, 2010, and will be publicly opened
<br />and read aloud on the above date,
<br />said bids to be for the furnishing of all
<br />labor and materials for the
<br />construction and installation,
<br />complete in place, of the following
<br />local improvement:
<br />Drainage improvements include
<br />expansion and restoration of
<br />Rosewood Wetland, installation of
<br />an underground stormwater storage
<br />and flood protection system,
<br />constructbn of a rain garden, and all
<br />other associated work. These work
<br />items will include the following:

<br />Bids arriving after the designated
<br />time will be returned unopened.
<br />All bids shall be sealed and marked
<br />"Rosewood Wetland and Midland
<br />Hills Road Drainage Improvements"
<br />and shall be accompanied by a
<br />cashier's check, bid bond or cert'rfied
<br />check, payable to the City of
<br />Roseville for ten percent (10%) of
<br />the amount of the Base Bid, to be
<br />forteRed as damages in the event
<br />that the bid is accepted and the
<br />bidder shall fail to enter promptly into
<br />a written contract and furnish the
<br />required bond.
<br />Each bid and all papers bound and
<br />attached thereto, together with the
<br />bid guarantee, shall be placed in an
<br />envelope and securely sealed
<br />therein. The envelope shall be so
<br />marked as to indicate the name of
<br />bidder and the .project name and
<br />shalt be addressed to the City o~
<br />Roseville. 2660 Civic Center Drive,
<br />Roseville, MN 55113. It may be
<br />either mailed, delivered by
<br />messenger, or submitted in person.

<br />office of WSB & Associates, Inc., 701

<br />Minneapolis, MN 55416. Proposal
<br />forms, specifications, plans and
<br />other contract documents can be
<br />also requested by mail or
<br />purchased, upon receipt of a non-
<br />refundable deposit of $75.00 for
<br />each contract package to the office

<br />period of ninety (90) days from the
<br />date of opening of bids. The City
<br />reserves the right to reject any or all
<br />bids and waive informalities, and

<br />the contract in the best interest of the
<br />City.
