McClung <br />Ramsey County Property Records and Revenue <br />845 Government Center West <br />50 West Kellogg Boulevard <br />St. Paul, MN 55102-1696 <br />Dear Ms. McClung: <br />On Tuesday, September 3, 2002 the City of Roseville approved Resolution 10031 to <br />include the proposed Charter Language vote on the November 5, 2002 General Election. <br />As stated in MN Statute 410.10, Subd. 4, the ballot shall bear the printed words: <br />^ YES "Shall the proposed new charter be adopted?" <br />^ NO <br />INSTRUCTION TO VOTERS: <br />If you wish to vote in favor of the above proposition, mark a cross (X) in the square <br />before the word "YES".
