City Council, <br />I had a phone conversation with Roni Janos who resides at 1778 Ryan Ave. <br />and is a lifetime (81 year) Roseville resident regarding the proposed <br />Streetlight Utility Ordinance on Friday August 20th. She asked her <br />concerns be forwarded to the Council.
