The irr.~perviaus coverage on the property shall not exceed 43,25°Io ofthe <br />overall lot area; <br />d~ Storm v~ater runoff shall be limited to the level consistent v~ith 3 D°Io <br />impervious coverage; depending on the soils and slopes an the property, <br />such reduction. could be accomplished by directing rain g~.tters toward the <br />interior of the lot, installing and maintaining a "rain garden" filtration <br />basin, or some combination of these ar other measures as approved by the <br />City Engineer.
