H~R~A, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present anal <br />support can be given. to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville pity Code; <br />~IOV~ TI~EREF~R~ Bl~ IT RB~LV~D, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />APPROVB an 870-square-foot VARIANCE to section 1004,O1A~~} ofthe City Cade, <br />subject to the follov~ing conditions; <br />a, The size and location of the proposed accessory structure anal driveway shall <br />be consistent v~ith the plans reviev~ed with the variance application as <br />Attachrr~ent B; <br />b, The impervious coverage an the property shall not exceed ~ 8°fo of the overall <br />property area; <br />c. storm water runoff shall be lrn~ited to the level consistent v~tth ~0°fo <br />in~perviaus coverage; depending an the sails and slopes on the property, such <br />reduction could be accomplished by directing rain gutters toward the interior <br />ofthe lot, lntllln and maintaining a "rain garden" filtration basin,. or some <br />combination of these ar other measures as approved by the City engineer. <br />Building permits v~ill not be issued until the City Engineer has approved the <br />Stara] mater mltlgatlQrl pi.~ns; and <br />d.
