HEREA, the ~VIr. jelhaug seeks to build a 4-foot, column-supported roof <br />over the front entrance of the principal structure v~hich has a substandard but legally <br />conforming front yard setback; and <br />HEREA, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support carp be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Rasevil~e City Code; <br />N0 THEREFORE BE IT RE~LVED, by the Roseville Variance Board; to <br />APFRQVE a VARIANCE to section 1 ~a4,a 1 of the City Cade to allov~ the construction <br />of the proposed roofu~hich auld reduce the existing front yard setback by 4 feet, subject <br />to the fallowing conditions; <br />l : The size and location of the proposed roof. addition shall be consistent with the <br />pans reviewed with this appl~cat~on; <br />~.
