wHEEAS, Section. 70~.a4 ~Drive~ay Standards ofthe City Cade requires a 5- <br />faot driveway setback fra~n a side property line; and <br />WHEREAS, leis. Tamura seeks expand the driveway to a distance of ~ feet from <br />the side property line, requiring a 3-foot variance; and <br />wH>~}~EAS, the Planning Division has canc~uded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate fra~n the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />l~Ow TH~REF~R~ BE IT ~~S~I~VED, by the Roseville variance Board, to <br />APFR~~~ a 3-foot VARIANCE to Section t a i 2.~ i B of the City Code and a 3-foot <br />VARIANCE to Section 703~~4 afthe City Cade, subject to the fallav~~ng candit~ons: <br />1.
