Paverr~ent ser~ln the garage must achieve a separation of at least 2. feet <br />from the southern property line prior to January 1, 2~a8; <br />2. The width of the dri~e~vay at the front property line must be lirrrlted to ~~ feet, <br />pursuant to 7a~,~4B ~Drive~vay Standards} of the City Code; <br />3.
