<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said <br /> <br />village on Monday, the 14th day of September, 1970, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson <br /> <br />and the fOllowing were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption:RESOLlITION NO. 5462 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT ST-69-19 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Storm Sewer Improve- <br />ment ST-69-19 of the Village of <br />Roseville, in the area described in the legal notice thereof and <br />the resolution thereto, and the contract price for such improve- <br />men t is $ 70.829.94 and the other expenses incurred or to be <br />incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 3.677.65 <br />so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 74,507.59 <br />and of this cost the village will pay $ 59.403.59 as its share <br />of the cost. <br />
