Exhibit A <br />That part of lot 9, St. Paul Park, and the North 1/2 of vacated Brenner Avenue accruing to <br />said lot 9, lying Southeasterly of Lexington Avenue as presently laid out, and lying <br />Southerly of a line drawn parallel to and 141.26 feet North of the center line of vacated <br />Brenner Avenue and lying Northwesterly of a line described as follows: Beginning at a <br />point on the North line of Section 2, Township 29, Range 32, distant 175 feet East of the <br />Northwest corner of said Section 2, thence South at right angles a distance of 183 feet, <br />thence Southwesterly to a point distant 250 feet Southeasterly (measured at right angles <br />to said described line} from the Southwest corner of said Lat 9 and. there terminating; <br />Also, all that part of Lot 9, St. Paul Park, described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Southwest corner of said Lot 9; thence Northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of <br />Lexington Avenue a distance of 1 l 8.15 feet to the point of beginning of the triangular <br />parcel of land herewith described, thence Easterly parallel with the South line of said Lot <br />9, a distance of200 feet; thence Northwesterly to a point on the Southeasterly line of <br />Lexington Avenue distant 25 feet Northeasterly from the point of beginning; thence <br />Southwesterly a distance of 25 feet to the paint of beginning. <br />Except: that part of said tract lying Easterly of a line located 50 feet West of and parallel <br />to the West line of Section 2, Township 29, Range 23. <br />
