NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve a <br />468 sq. ft VARIANCE to Section 1004.O1A6 of the Roseville City Code for William Bjornnes to <br />allow the construction of a 680 sq. ft. addition. on to his existing home at 3081 Evelyn Street, <br />subject to the following condition: <br />1. The house addition shall be limited to a size of 17 feet by 40 feet or 680 square <br />feet. <br />2. Total impervious coverage on the parcel shall not exceed 3,380 sq. ft. <br />3. The new principal structure addition shall be setback a minimum of 10 feet from <br />the side yard property line and 30 feet from the rear yard property line. <br />4. No other detached accessory structure or garden shed shall be permitted on the <br />parcel. <br />5. A scaled and dimensioned site plan indicating all existing conditions and. the <br />proposed improvement must be submitted with the building permit application. <br />6. Drainage and roof gutters shall be installed to direct runoff away from adjoining <br />properties. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Doherty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Bakeman, Boerigter, Mulder, Doherty <br />and the following voted against:. None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
