The detached accessory structure shall be limited to a size not to exceed 672 sq. ft. <br />2. Total impervious coverage on the parcel shall not exceed 3,557 sq. ft. <br />3. The new detached accessory structure shall be setback a minimum of 5 feet from <br />the side yard and rear yard property lines. <br />4. No other detached accessory structure or garden shed shall be permitted on the <br />parcel. <br />5. The property owner shall work with the City on reducing the size of the proposed <br />driveway access if possible. <br />6. A site plan indicating all existing conditions and the proposed improvement must <br />be submitted with the building permit application. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Mulder, Boerigter and Chair Bakeman. <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
