NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />approve a 341 sq. ft. VARIANCE to Section 1004.O1A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) and an <br />18 foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 (Residential Dimensional Requirements -Front Yard <br />Setback) allowing the construction of an attached garage and home addition, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The elimination of the 2 existing sheds from the premises, prior to the applicant <br />receiving a Certificate of Occupancy. <br />2. No other garden shed or detached accessory structure shall be allowed on the <br />premises. <br />3. The attached garage shall be set back a minimum of 12 feet from the front yard <br />property line adjacent to Grotto Street. <br />4. The attached garage shall be limited to 780 sq. ft. <br />5. Parking in front of the attached garage shall be prohibited. Should the applicant <br />desire to park in front of the attached garage the structure must be shifted east 8 <br />feet or the applicant must receive a VARIANCE to Section 604.06 of the <br />Roseville City Code from the City Council <br />6. The principal structure (home) including the proposed addition and all paved <br />surfaces shall not exceed shall be limited to 3,389 sq. ft. or 33.4%. <br />7. Drainage and roof gutters shall be installed to properly direct runoff away from <br />the adjoining property. <br />8. The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date (May 4, 2005) <br />unless that applicant has been granted a building permit. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Boerigter, <br />Pust, Bakeman, Doherty <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
