NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve a <br />11.5 foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.01E (Pre-Existing Setback) and an 18 foot VARIANCE <br />to Section 1004.016 (Residential Dwelling Dimensions -Rear Yard Setback) allowing the <br />construction of a living area (master bedroom) addition, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The home addition shall be set back a minimum of 10 feet from the south property <br />line. <br />2. The home addition shall be set back a minimum of 28.5 feet from the east (corner <br />side yard) property line which lies adjacent to Mid Oak Lane <br />3. The parcel shall be limited to an impervious coverage not to exceed 30% of the lot <br />size or 3,600 sq. ft. <br />4. A scaled and dimensioned site plan indicating all existing conditions and the <br />proposed improvement must be submitted with the building permit application. <br />5. Drainage and/or roof gutters shall be designed/installed to direct runoff away from <br />the adjoining (south) property. <br />6. The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date (July 6, 2005) <br />unless that applicant has been granted a building permit. A building permit is <br />valid for one year. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Bakeman, <br />Pust & Boerigter. <br />and the following voted against: none <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
