2. The parcel being limited to 3,054 square feet of impervious coverage. <br />3. The detached accessory building being set back a minimum of 5 feet from the <br />corner side yard property line adjacent to Merrill Street (west). <br />4. The detached accessory structure being set back a minimum of 10 feet from the <br />principal structure. <br />5. No parking being allowed within the street side boulevard of the accessory <br />structure (Sect. 602.06) <br />6. Drainage being designed to sheet flow to the south rear yard area. <br />7. The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date (July 6, 2005) <br />unless that applicant has been granted a building permit. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Boerigter, <br />Pust & Bakeman <br />and the following voted against: none <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
