NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-94-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 53 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 28th day of February, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement No. P-94-02, Neighborhood 53 including all that property abutting: Mid Oaks Lane and Mid Oaks Road by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the city Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $181,113.38.
