<br />2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the
<br />report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to
<br />whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in
<br />connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and
<br />cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council
<br />and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the
<br />office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made
<br />in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as
<br />Improvements P-94-02, Neighborhoods 44, 48, 50, 52, 53, 61, 65, and
<br />69, ST-94-04, Neighborhood 44, P-93-16, Neighborhood 47, and UL-93-09.

<br />3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive,
<br />in said City, on February 28, 1994, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of
<br />holding a public hearing on the proposed improvements under and
<br />pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and
<br />the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of
<br />the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice
<br />in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications
<br />shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less
<br />than three days before the date of the hearing.

<br />4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form:

<br />5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed
<br />for Improvements P-94-02, Neighborhoods 44, 48, 50, 52, 53, 61, 65,
<br />and 69, ST-94-04, Neighborhood 44, P-93-16, Neighborhood 47, and UL-
<br />93-09 is determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as
<br />fully as though the same were separately set forth and resolved
<br />herein.

<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
<br />seconded by Councilperson wi ski and upon vote being taken thereon, the
<br />following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, P. Johnson, and Wiski, and
<br />the following voted against the same: None
<br />
<br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
