<br />Extract of Hinutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said <br /> <br />village on Monday, the 14th day of September, 1970, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman LinebarlZer <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />~olution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5473 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. P-68-l3 DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OR PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-68-l3 <br />of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the legal <br />notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract price <br />for such improvement is $ 58,608.50 and the other expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount <br />to $ 13.811.96 90 that the total cost of the improvement <br />will be $ 72,420.46 , and of this cost the village will <br />pay $ 24.837.05 as its share of the cost. <br />
