the construction of a new detached garage behind the residence, and the consequent widening of <br />the driveway, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Impervious coverage on the parcel shall be limited to a total of 3,545 square feet. <br />2. The detached accessory structure (garage) shall be limited to a size not exceeding <br />864 square feet. <br />3. The proposed detached garage and widened driveway must not encroach within 3 <br />feet of the side lot line. <br />4. The applicant shall submit (when application is made for building permit) a <br />detailed and scaled drawing (site plan) of the subject parcel showing all structures <br />and paved surfaces. <br />5. Measures must be instituted to restrict and control the rate of storm water runoff <br />leaving the property; these measures must be approved by the City Engineer. <br />6. The garden shed behind the residence must be removed from the site. <br />7. The variance shall expire within 12 months of its approval if a building permit is <br />not issued pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Alternate <br />Variance Board Member Roe and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Boerigter, Doherty, and Roe; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
