<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />september 14, 1970 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall on September 14, 1970, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />assessment roll for Water Improvement W-69-8 <br /> <br />prepared by him with the assistance of the village engineers as <br /> <br />directed by the Council on September 14, 1970, and reported that <br /> <br />the assessment roll is now on file in his office and open to public <br /> <br />inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5487 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT W-69-8 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for the above improve- <br />ment, now on file and open to public inspection in the office of <br />the Village Manager, is approved, and the Manager is directed to <br />publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the <br />proposed assessment on October 5, 1970, in the Village Hall, 2701 <br />North Lexington, in said village. <br />
