<br />The notice shall state the date, time and place of the <br />meeting, the general nature of said ~provement, the area <br />proposed to be assessed, that the proposed assessment roll <br />is on file with the Village 'Manager, and that written or <br />oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. <br />It shall be published in the official newspaper of the village <br />at least once, and shall be mailed to the owner of each parcel <br />described in the assessment roll, not less than two weeks <br />prior to the date of said meeting. For the purpose of such <br />mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown <br />as such as of August 15, 1970, on the records of the County <br />Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does not appear <br />on such records (other than owners of property which is tax <br />exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed <br />to have waived such mailed notice unless he has requested in <br />writing that the County Treasurer include his name on the <br />records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Linebar2er <br /> <br />, and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
