NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefitted properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M. S. 429.011 to 429.111 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $l20,OOO. 2. A public hearing on the proposed improvement shall be held at the Village Hall in the Village of Roseville, on the 25th day of April, 1962 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. and the village clerk shall publish notice of the time and place of the hearing with a two weeks publication in the Rose Tribune,the official newspaper of the village and the hearing to be at least three days after the last publication thereof. 3. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement includes all of the lots andparcels of land encompassed by the following territory within the Village of Roseville: Beginning at the center of the intersection of Ryan Avenue and Pascal Avenue, thence northerly along the centerline of Pascal Avenue approximately 1,980 feet to its intersection with the centerline of County Road "B": thence easterly along the centerline of County Road "B" 628.5 feet to its intersection with the centerline of Albert Street: thence northerly along the centerline of Albert Street 239 feet: thence westerly and parallel with the centerline of County Road "B" approximately 310 feet to the northeast COIt'IB:' of Lot 2, Block 2, Zimmerman Office Park; thence north- westerly approximately 420 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Zimmerman Office Park; thence northerly 60 feet to the southwest corner of Block 1, Zimmerman Office Park; thence north 60 degrees east approximately 326 feet to a point lying 550 feet southerly of the south line of State Trunk Highway 36 as it now exists; thence northerly and parallel with Pascal Avenue 550 feet to the aforesaid south line of Highway #36 as it now exists; thence westerly along the aforesaid south right-of-way line a distance of 315 feet to the center- line of Pascal Avenue; thence continuing westerly and southerly along the south right-of-way line of Trunk Highway #36 as it now exists a distance of approximately l,450 feet to the southwest corner of Lot F of Registered Land Survey No. 86, which point is also on the easterly line of Trunk Highway #51 as it now exists; thence southerly approximately 604 feet along the aforesaid east line of Trunk Highway #5l to the centerline of County Road "B", which point lies 217 feet easterly of the southwest corner of Section lO, T 29, R 23; thence westerly along the south line of aforesaid Section lO a distance of 30 feet: thence southerly and parallel with and l87 feet distant from the west line of Section l5,
