<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the fourteenth day of February, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, and wiski <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Goedeke and V. Johnson. <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9049 <br /> <br />Final acceptance, City Project P-92-06 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on <br />June 8, 1992, W. B. Miller, Inc. of Ramsey, Minnesota has satisfactorily <br />completed the improvement associated with Project P-92-06, reconstruction <br />of Terrace Drive east of Fairview Avenue; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is <br />hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to <br />issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the <br />contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Wiski and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, P. Johnson, and Wiski <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />S8 <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manger of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that <br />I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes <br />of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 14th day of <br />February, 1994, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 14th day of February, 1994. <br /> <br />SEA L <br /> <br />~ <br />
