<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 8, 1970 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the village Hall in said village on Thursday, <br /> <br />the 8th day of October, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and <br />Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing on October 5, <br /> <br />1970, Councilman Curley then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5525 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />ST-68-23 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Rosevi1le, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
