<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of <br />January, 1994, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, <br />and Wiski, and the following members were <br />absent: Goedeke and V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Member Ha s te 1 <br />be adopted. <br /> <br />moved that the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9051 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR 1992 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville" <br />Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The City of Roseville agrees to defer, without compounded <br />annual accrual of interest, payment of special assessments for <br />Project 92-02-72 on the Ramsey County Woodview Open Space property <br />(P.I.N. 13-29-23-34-003) for as long as the property remains public <br />open space. Recreational developments within this property may <br />include public access areas, trails, and other support facilities <br />for passive recreation, nature appreciation, and outdoor education <br />without affecting the deferral. <br />This deferral expires and the assessments become payable <br />if the property is developed as an active recreation area, is sold, <br />transferred, or ceases to be used for park or open space. <br />The Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Department may <br />request and the Roseville City Council may approve other uses for <br />the site that would not trigger the payment of the assessment and <br />
