<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 8, 1970 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall in said village on Thursday, the 8th <br /> <br />day of October, 1970, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br /> <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Curleyr <br /> <br />and the fOllowing were absent: none <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing on October 5, 1970, <br /> <br />Councilman Curley then introduced the fOllowing resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5529 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />CONSOLIDATED STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br />ST-67-24, ST-69-20 AND ST-69-2l <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed assessments for Consolidated Storm Sewer <br />Improvements ST-67-24, ST-69-20 and ST-69-2l should be and are <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />
