It is hereby found and determined by this Council that <br />the foregoing amendment is just and equitable to said proposed <br />assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the <br />cost of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Anderson, and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof~ all <br /> <br />and the following voted against the sameg none <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley then introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5530 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR CONSOLIDATED STORM <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENTS ST-67-24, <br />ST-69-20 AND ST-69-2l AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed <br />at this time for Consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements ST-67-24, <br />ST-69-20 and ST-69-2l against every assessable lot, piece or parcel <br />of land affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis <br /> <br />-8- <br />
