<br />Extract of I~nutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Hoseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of RDseville, RaLnsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />12th day of October, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5532 <br /> <br />~lliNDING RESOLUTION NO. 5355 REGARDING CORRECTION OF <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENTS Nm1BERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 <br />(Auditor Number 374) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of RDseville, lilinne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improvements numbered <br /> <br />62-2, 61t-4, ~4-5 and 64-6, as finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1964, was <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and since that date a number 01' <br /> <br />parcels of property contained .dthin said assessment roll as amended, have been di- <br /> <br />vided and conveyed by previous property owners and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportion of the original <br /> <br />assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of RDseville in order that <br /> <br />the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of <br /> <br />property thereafter, <br />
