<br />Extract of Hinutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, 'fas duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, l~nnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />12th day of October, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5533 <br /> <br />M;~ING RESOLUTION NO. 5397 REGARDING THE CORRECTION OF <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />CONSOLIDATED WATER II1PROVD.~JTS NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 <br />(Auditor Number 374) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEP~S, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improvements nwnbered <br /> <br />62-2, 64-4, 61+-5 and 64-6, as finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1964, was <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and since that date a nwnber of <br /> <br />parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended, have been <br /> <br />divided and conveyed by previous property owners and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportion of the original <br /> <br />assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of RoseVille in order that <br /> <br />the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of <br /> <br />property thereafter~ <br />
