<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, ~llnnesota, was duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, }tinnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />12th day of October, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following memebers were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />MeInber Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the follovnng resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5534 <br /> <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5358 REGARDING CORRECTION OF <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT 65-38A <br />(Auditor Number 496) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for the Storm Sewer Improvement No. 65-38A <br /> <br />as finally amended and adopted on October 14, 1968, was certified to the County <br /> <br />Auditor of Ramsey County and since that date a number of parcels of property <br /> <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed by previous <br /> <br />property olmers and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportion of the original <br /> <br />assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that <br /> <br />the property assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br /> <br />of property thereafter; <br />
