<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Rarnsey County, ~linnesota, was duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />12th day of October, 1970, at 7:30 o.clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Lineb arger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5535 <br /> <br />~{DING RESOLUTION NO. 5400 REGARDING CORRECTION OF <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />STORM SEWER llv1PROVEMENT 65- 38A <br />(Auditor Number 1~96) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for the Storm 1:lewer Irnprovemment No. 65-38A <br /> <br />as finally amended and adopted on October 14, 1968, was certified to the County <br /> <br />Auditor of Ramsey County and since that date a number of parcels of property <br /> <br />contained within said assessment roll and have been divided and conveyed by <br /> <br />previous property owners and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of the <br /> <br />original assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in <br /> <br />order that the property assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each ~arcel of ]ro]erty thereafter: <br />
