<br />Extract of N[nutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Boseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Boseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall <br /> <br />at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday the 12th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />Ol't:nhp."1' <br /> <br />, 19fi~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Linebarver introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5538 <br /> <br />RESOWTION RElATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RElATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.l <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, N[nnesota as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Boll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. l as amended and <br /> <br /> <br />adopted on October 13, 1961, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br /> <br />since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll <br /> <br />have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of the original assess- <br /> <br />ment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the pro- <br /> <br />per assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property <br /> <br />thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make <br /> <br />the following apportionment of original assessment against the following described <br /> <br />properties: <br />
