T CT F UTES OF TINO OFT E <br />VAR NCE BOA OFT E CITY O ROSE LLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of April, 2007, <br />at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Acting Chair Boerigter and Members <br />Doherty and Wozniak <br />Variance Board Member Doherty introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO.55 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A V ANCE TO §1004 (RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR BRUCE LINDBERG, <br />1213 BU AVENUE (PF07-015) <br />WHEREAS, Bruce Lindberg has requested a VARIANCE to § 1004 (Residential <br />Districts) to allow an encroachment into a required setback; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1213 Burke Avenue, and legally <br />described as: <br />SUBJECT TO FERNWOOD AVENUE OVER THE WEST 3 FEET <br />LOT 15, BLOCK 1 KELLER'S MAYFLOWER PA <br />PIN: 15-29-23-11-0018 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 requires a principal structure setback of 30 feet <br />from a side property line adjacent to a public right-of--way; and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Bruce Lindberg seeks a 10-foot variance to this setback requirement; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />APPROVE a 10-foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 (Residential Setbacks), subject to <br />certain conditions: <br />1. The proposed addition must remain at least 20 feet from the western property <br />line adjacent to Fernwood Avenue. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
