<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF HEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD OCTOBER 12, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 12th day of <br />October, 1970. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Holl, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5544 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE ROSEVILLE CHIEF OF <br />POLICE AS TIlE AUTHORIZED AGENT IN APPLYING FOR <br />REIMBURSEMENT FUNDS AUTHORIZED FOR PEACE OFFICER <br />TRAINING SCHOOL <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />TIle Roseville Chief of Police is authorized to apply for <br />reimbursement funds that are applicable to the Minnesota Peace <br />Officer Training Board's program and in pursuant to Laws, 1969, <br />Ch. 1139, Sect. 13, Subd. 4 and P.L. 90 - 351. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Linebargerand upon a vote being taken <br />thereon the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
