<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, ~lINNESOTA - HELD OCTOBER 12, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Rosevi lle, Minnesota, on Monday, the 12th day of October, <br />1970. <br /> <br />. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, <br />Councllmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5545 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CHANGING THE LIQUOR INSURANCE POLICY FROM <br />THE CHICAOO INSURANCE COMPANY TO PACIFIC INDEMNITY <br />C(lv1P ANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears in the best interest of the Village of <br />Roseville to change the liquor insurance companies <br /> <br />BE IT HEREWITH RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />The liquor insurance policy presently held by the <br />Chicago Insurance Company be changed to the Pacific Indemnity <br />Company due to an excessive increase of premium. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
