<br />Extract of' IJunutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Rosevill,:, <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereat', a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council oj' the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, l!d.nnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Nonday, <br /> <br />the Twenty-sixth day of October, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were Fresent: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />t.1eJilber Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5547 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO REQUEST FOR RAMSEY COUNTY PARTICIPATION <br />IN OPERATION Al'ID MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS <br />ON COUNTY ROAD B-2 BE'rtJEEN HAMLINE AND CLEVELAND AVENUES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village of Roseville has contracted for the installation of an <br /> <br />underground ornamental street lighting system on County Road B-2 between llamline <br /> <br />Avenue and Cleveland Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the request of County Road B-2 between Hamline and Snelling Avenues <br /> <br />is a Fart of the County State Aid System; and <br /> <br />\~}IEREAS, Fairview Avenue and Cleveland Avenue are also on the County State Aid <br /> <br />System; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, some of the street lights installed under this project benefit certain <br /> <br />County roads, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Ninnesota, does hereby request that the County of Ramsey share in the <br /> <br />oFeration and maintenance of said underground orn~nental street lighting system of <br /> <br />County Road B-2 between I~mline Avenue and Snelling Avenue and at the intersection of <br /> <br />Fairview Avenue and Cleveland Avenue. <br />
