Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council Village of Roseville Ramsey CountYI Minnesota A special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, April 30, 1962 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: I" f ' ""I and the following were absent: " ;1' introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC SALE OF PARK BONDS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The voters of this village having authorized the issuance of negotiable coupon general obligation bonds of the village in an amount not exceeding $650,000, at a special election duly called and held on April 11, 19611 for the purpose of providing funds for the acquisition and betterment of public parks and playgrounds, it is hereby found and de- termined to be expedient and in the best interest of the village at this time to sell at public sale the entire amount of the bonds so authorized. 2. This Council shall meet at the time and place specified in the form of notice of sale hereinafter set forth for the purpose of receiving and considering sealed bids for said $650,000 Park Bonds of this Village. 3.
