<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of R:>seville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexingtqn, St. Paul, <br /> <br />Minnesota, on }.Dnday, the 26th day of' <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 197L <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m~ <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5551 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING ID APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING ID COUNTY ROAD B-2 STREET IMPROVEMENT 64-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, tbe assessment roll for County Road B-2 Street Improvement 64-1 <br /> <br />as finally amended and adopted on October 11, 1965, was certified to the <br /> <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS since tbat date a number of parcels of property contained <br /> <br />witbin assessment roll as amended bave been divided and conyeyed by pre- <br /> <br />vious property owners and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires tbat apportion- <br /> <br />ment of the original assessment against each original tract wbere it has <br /> <br />later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of tbe <br /> <br />~llage of' Boseville against tbe following described properties: <br /> <br />~ <br />
