<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-94-09 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the city of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said <br />City, on the 28th day of March, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a <br />public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on <br />proposed Improvement ST-94-09, including all that property in the Twin <br />Lakes redevelopment area lying within the following: <br /> <br />That property lying southerly of Terrace Drive extended westerly to <br />Langton Lake, northerly of Oakcrest Avenue, westerly of Fairview <br />Avenue, and easterly of Mount Ridge Road <br /> <br />by the construction of a regional storm sewer pond and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a <br />preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the city Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $210,000.
