<br />EXTRACT OF MINlfl'ES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD NOVEMBER 9, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br />the 9th day of November, 1970. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, <br />Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5553 <br /> <br />Be it resolved, that Burke M. Raymond is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute such an agreement as is <br />required by Governor's Commission on Crime Prevention and <br />Control to implement said program for the Police Officers <br />School Liaison Program. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Linebargerand upon a vote being taken <br />thereon the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />\~EREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, do <br />hereby certify that I have compared the attached and foregoing <br />
