EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF lllli VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE - HELD NOVEMBER 30, 1970 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 30th day of November, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Linebarger, Anderson and Grauel and the following were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5558 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF SANDHURST CIRCLE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Sandhurst Circle East of Fulham Street and North of County Road B filed with the Council on November 30, 1970, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the est- imated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Anderson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None. adopted.
