<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~ffiETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD NOVEMBER 30, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, <br />~tinnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, Monday, the 30th day of November, <br />1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Hol1, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Linebarger, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5559 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN <br />STREETS IN WESTERN HILLS NO. 3 ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ban Con, Incorporated, as developers, have platted <br />Western Hills No. 3 Addition and therein dedicated <br />certain streets, and pursuant to certain provisions <br />of Village Ordinance have undertaken to grade, sur- <br />face and construct concrete curb and gutter on said <br />streets within said plat as follows: <br /> <br />WOODHILL DRIVE from WESTERN to tvfACKUBIN STREETS <br />IONA LNIE FROM WESTERN TO NA.CKUBIN STREETS <br />IRENE CIRCLE AND IONA CIRCLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ban-Con Incorporated have filed and also made their <br />request for approval and the final acceptance of said <br />streets by the Village of Rosevil1e, and <br /> <br />M!EREAS, the Village Public Works Director has examined and <br />inspected said streets and filed his certificate in- <br />dicating that the construction of said streets have <br />been completed in accordance with all the requirements <br />of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance <br />of said streets by the Village. <br />
