<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseviller Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North <br /> <br />Lexington, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 30th day of <br /> <br />April, 1961, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: McGee, Flanagan, <br />Goodrich, Kustermann, and Reinecke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee Flanagan introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING SANITARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. I, SERIES C BONDS, <br />AND PROVIDING FOR CALLING BONDS <br />NO. 301 THROUGH 600 <br /> <br />WHEREAS $600rOOO Series C bonds were issued to finance a <br /> <br />portion of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. I, said issue maturing <br /> <br />$30,000 in each year 1958 through 1977, and providing that bonds <br /> <br />maturing on July I, 1968 through 1977 may be callable on <br /> <br />July I, 1962 or any interest payment date thereafter in inverse <br /> <br />order of serial numbers at a price of par and accrued interest <br /> <br />plus a premium of $20.00, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS $30,000 of said bonds maturing in 1968 bear a 4.30% <br /> <br />coupon and $270,000 maturing 1969 through 1977 bear a 4.70% <br /> <br />coupon, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Village Administrator advises there are sufficient <br /> <br />funds on hand in the Sewer Debt Retirement Fund to enable call <br />
