<br />Extract of M1nutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Ibseville <br />County of Ramsey <br /> <br />Pursuant to due cali and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Ibseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2101 North Iexington Avenue, Ibseville, M1nnesota, 00. M:>nday, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />30th <br /> <br />day of Novemb er <br /> <br />, 191~ at 1:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Linebarger, <br />Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adOption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5561 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RElATING TO <br />COUNTY ROAD B-2 STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT NO. P-70-9 <br />(Auditor No. 969) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, M1nnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT P-70-9 as <br /> <br />adopted on <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />, 19(~ was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and since that date a number of parcels of property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportion of <br /> <br />the original assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of R>seville <br /> <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />. NOW I THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br />make the following apportionment of original assessment against the following <br /> <br />described properties: <br />
