EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the city of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty- eighth day of February, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Cushman, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. councilperson Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9055 RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NUMBER P-SS-W-ST-94-06 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted December 13, 1993, the Council directed the City Public Works Director and the designated project consulting engineer, BRW, to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of the proposed improvement P-SS-W-ST-94-06, construction of Arthur Street extension north of County Road C, appurtenant public utilities, and drainage facilities to serve the development. 2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and "'s to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as P-SS-W-ST-94-06. 3. The Council shall meet at the city Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on March 28, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 4.
