<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SS-W-ST-94-06 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the city Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City, on the 28th day of March, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a <br />public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on <br />proposed Improvement P-SS-W-ST-94-06, including all that property <br />abutting: <br /> <br />Arthur street from a point 490 feet north of County Road C to a <br />point 1,070 feet north of County Road C <br /> <br />by the construction of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous pavement, <br />street lights, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a <br />preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $379,030.00.
