<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD DECEMBER 28, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, December 28, 1970, at <br />7:30 p.r~. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~1oll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Anderson, Linebarger and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5570 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING TRANSFER OF MONIES WITH THE <br />1970 BUDGET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1971 Budget was adopted by the Village Council <br />on September 28, 1970, by Resolution No. 5505; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5569 established Compensation <br />schedules for 1971 which requires a transfer from the 1971 Contingency <br />Fund to the respective operating accounts within the various funds; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council for <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the following budgetary <br />funds be increased and descreased as indicated; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these transfers of monies include <br />only the personnel whose rates have been established at this time. <br /> <br />General Fund <br /> <br />Increase In <br />Appropriation <br /> <br />Decrease In <br />Appropriation <br /> <br />Village Administration <br />Finance <br />Building Maintenance <br />Police <br />Fi re <br />Protective Inspection <br />Public Works Administration <br />Street <br />Park and Recreation <br /> <br />$ 1,932 <br />2,790 <br />396 <br />6,894 <br />900 <br />2,778 <br />4,171 <br />1 ,602 <br />5,939 <br />$27,402 <br />
