<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said City on Monday, February 28, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, <br />and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9056 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT P-93-16, NEIGHBORHOOD 47 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the city Council of the city of Roseville <br />adopted February 14, 1994, fixed a date for a public hearing on Project <br />P-93-16, Neighborhood 47; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on February <br />28, 1994, to consider the proposed construction of Improvement P-93-16, <br />Neighborhood 47, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage <br />facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting <br />Midland Grove Condominium entrance road as described in the Notice of <br />Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $40,550.73 and substantially in <br />accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof <br />which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be <br />constructed and financed. The City Public Works Director is designated <br />as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and submit to <br />the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Wiski and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, P. <br />Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
