<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD DECEMBER 28, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br />December 28, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll. <br />Councilmen Curley. Anderson. Linebarger and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />t~ember Curley introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5571 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO FUTURE BRIDGE ON <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2 OVER INTERSTATE 35-W <br /> <br />WHEREAS, County Road C-2 from TH No.8 to Lexington Avenue <br />is on the Village of Roseville's Municipal State <br />Aid (MSA) Street System; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, In order to maintain the continuity of the MSA System <br />and connect the two major industrial developments in <br />this area of the Village a bridge over Interstate 35W <br />is necessary; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville requested that this bridge be <br />incorporated into the final construction plans of said <br />Interstate 35W but only the right-of-way was provided; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville Comprehensive Plan and Major <br />Thoroughfare Plan incorporates bridges on County Road <br />C-2 at Interstate 35W; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of <br />the Village of Roseville requests that the bridge on <br />County Road C-2 over the Interstate 35W remain on the <br />Village's Needs Report so that MSA funds will be avail- <br />able for financing this bri,dge. <br />
